Mighty recognizes the need for culturally appropriate, trauma-informed, gender-expansive, evidence based doulas, birthworkers, and reproductive justice advocates. We fully believe that all people that have capacity for birth should have birthworker who has similar life experiences, similar systems impacted, and similar neurotype to support them in their pregnancies. Mighty wants to bridge the gap of the needed training, programming, and supporting doulas, birthworkers, and RJ advocates.

Summer 2026 In Person Full Spectrum Doula Training
Mighty’s Full Spectrum Doula training is a four day training over the course of two weekends. Join us for an immersive, community-rooted training with Mighty.

June 6th & 7th 10am-4pm
Location: Downtown Fresno at Mighty HQ

No prior birth work experience is required.
Payment plans are available for all of our sliding scale seats. You’ll have access to our Doula Coalition and our Abortion Doula Network for a year with your paid seat 💺 to the Full Spectrum training. Participants receive access to both the Mighty Doula Coalition and Mighty’s Abortion Doula Network for a year after training completion. After the free year, Doulas are able to choose their membership from plans available at the time.
Sliding Scale Options:
Full Rate - $1500
In-Between Rate - $1200
Community Rate - $ 900
Scholarship seat available and prioritized for individuals who are:

Mighty Abortion Doula Network
The Abortion Doula Network Hub is a membership-based community designed to connect, support, and resource abortion doulas and advocates. Together, we’re building a sustainable hub of care where abortion doulas can learn, share, and grow in their practice.

Mighty will support our abortion doula members with monthly supplemental trainings to help them with community care. These trainings and workshops include gender-inclusive care, herbalism support, trauma-informed trainings, etc.

When Mighty launches community events (overnight trips, learning retreats, lake days, etc) or trainings (like Full Spectrum Doula Training. Abortion Doula Training, etc) our Abortion Doula Network will receive early access to RSVP.

Mighty Staff will support our abortion doula members with growing their doula capacity and support. Available to chat on our network for Doulas to ask questions or get insight on how to operate doula services on their own.

Our goal is to create an online abortion doula community that supports and cheers each other on. We will create exclusive online gatherings and in person gatherings for our doula networks.

Mighty Doula Coalition
The Mighty Doula Coalition is an online learning community for Full Spectrum Doulas dedicated to providing trauma-informed, inclusive care across all reproductive experiences. This coalition creates space for doulas to connect, collaborate, and strengthen their impact in the communities they serve while learning from Mighty and guest educators or organizers.

Mighty will support our doula coalition members with monthly supplemental trainings to help them with community care. These trainings and workshops include gender-inclusive care, herbalism support, trauma-informed trainings, specialty trainings like supporting systems impacted youth, CPS interactions trainings, etc.

When Mighty launches community events (overnight trips, learning retreats, lake days, etc) or trainings (like Full Spectrum Doula Training. Abortion Doula Training, In Person Herbalism Workshops etc) our Mighty Doula Coalition will receive first access to RSVP.

Mighty Staff will mentor doula coalition members with growing their doula capacity and support. Members will have the option of 1 on 1 with Executive Staff to discuss doula services and for peer support on hard births or losses.

Upon full certification of DHCS as an individual doula along with membership (any level) Doulas have medical billing services at a discounted administrative fee.

Mighty LA Abortion Safe Haven (LASH) Program
Mighty LA Abortion Safe Haven (LASH) Program
Through the LASH Program, we aim to foster informed and empowered communities on LA campuses. These events are designed to dispel misinformation about abortion and reproductive health services, providing students with accurate information and resources.
In addition to educational outreach, Mighty is committed to creating tangible access to those interested in becoming abortion doulas. We support students who want to serve their communities by offering solutions to common barriers, such as providing childcare, transportation, and travel assistance.
By addressing these needs, Mighty Community Advocacy helps students gain the knowledge and tools they need to support their communities, advocate for reproductive justice, and challenge oppressive systems.
