Nishea Trinidad (she/her)
Nishea founded Mighty Community Advocacy on her own stimulus checks from COVID-19. She is currently Executive Director, running day-to-day operations along with Chairperson of Mighty’s Board.
Nishea’s worked at mid-level management for Parrot Cellular, Cingular, and AT&T. Nishea would move to Executive Support and high-level organizational management at Google and Flextronics.

Maribel Hernandez
Maribel has been in community with Mighty Community Advocacy since 2023. As an indigenous birthworker, Maribel joined Mighty’s staff in August 2024 and became our Director of Youth and Family Wellness shortly after. With Maribel’s work experience as a social worker with unhoused community members and gender based violence survivors, our community members are better supported with Maribel in their corner. As an integral part of Mighty’s Executive Team, Maribel is a member of our Board of Directors.

Casimiro Llamas, Jr.
Casimiro is a designer and product developer who was raised in Mendota, CA. Casimiro joined Mighty’s board in 2024 and for the 2025 fiscal year is Mighty’s Board Treasurer.
In his downtime, he enjoys reading, running and spending time with loved ones

Adriana Nole, BSN, RN
I’m a registered nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience in neonatal and pediatric specialties. I have a desire to help young moms after seeing the challenges my sister faced as a pregnant teen.
I’m currently the RN Manager of Clinical Services for Valley Children’s Home Care.

Seleny Diaz, MPA
As a seasoned nonprofit professional with nearly a decade of experience in this sector, I am driven by a deep commitment to equity, community power, and systems change. I have a strong background in program management, policy advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration across health, immigrant rights, housing, and education. My experience spans statewide campaigns, coalition-building, and strategic planning, all anchored in a values-based leadership style that centers trust, autonomy, and purpose.
