April In-Person | Childbirth Education Session 2

Mighty’s Childbirth Education prepares you for birth with confidence and knowledge! Learn what to expect in labor, options, & interventions! Learn what to expect in each stage of labor, birth options & interventions! Mighty uses evidence-based information so you can make informed decisions and feel empowered throughout your birth experience.

These classes will cover the following topics in two evening sessions:

Evening 1:

  • Understanding Physiological Childbirth

  • Medical Interventions

  • Know your Birth & Patient Rights (Taught by a Valley Children's RN)

Evening 2:

  • Postpartum Care

  • Feeding Basics

Each class is 2 evening sessions for the duration of 2 hours each, with breaks and light refreshments. This class is taking place April 8th and 9th from 6PM-8PM.

Mighty offers sliding scale payment options. Mighty believes in equity and access, and wants to ensure that everyone can have access to quality childbirth education. $50/$75/$100 Sliding Scale Fee for the full class
